I take a pragmatic and empathetic approach to working through life’s challenges with clients. I believe healing comes from within and that we all have the innate ability to create the life we desire!
I am recieved my MSW in 2009, and became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2012. I am a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner and Havening Techniques Trainer. I have experience providing support in both clinical and community-based settings. I recognize how life experiences can shape our interactions with the world around us, and I will help you create an understanding of things that seem difficult to understand. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and combine evidenced based modalities such as CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing, with solution-focused, holistic approaches.
“I feel it’s imperative to stay educated on the advancements in treatments for mental health. With the developments in neuroscience, we have a deeper understanding on how psycho sensory treatments provide relief and healing from trauma.”

I believe everyone is capable of making meaningful changes in their lives — even when it feels like you’re trying to untangle a pair of headphones that somehow tied themselves into a knot. I’m here to help you through the parts that feel confusing, heavy, or just plain annoying. I like to focus on the strengths you already have (yes, you have them — even if they’re hiding under a pile of self‑doubt) and use those strengths as the foundation for change. I pull from multiple modalities and strategies so we can figure out what actually works for YOU.
Some of the most common issues that I treat are depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. If you are experiencing issues in your life that you would like support with, please don't hesitate to reach out to another therapist or me to get your needs met.
With more than 20 years of experience in mental health, I’ve seen a lot, learned a lot, and helped people through all kinds of challenges. Whatever you’re working on, I’m here to support you — with encouragement, honesty, and a little humor when it helps things feel lighter.

She/Her/Hers
I bring several years of experience working with various systems, which has allowed me to deepen my understanding of human experiences. Trained in Havening Techniques and soon to be certified, my clinical focus is on working with individuals navigating grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression, particularly from late adolescence through older adulthood.
I am committed to fostering resilience and promoting personal growth through compassionate, strengths-based support. Systems work allows clients to explore how relational patterns, family expectations, or social stressors contribute to their current concerns and/or symptoms. By examining these connections, I help clients identify areas where change is possible, whether through improving communication, setting boundaries, or shifting roles within their systems.
While I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solutions-focused, and person-centered approaches.
“I believe that the core of effective therapy lies in active listening, open-mindedness, and fostering supportive, collaborative relationships. My ultimate goal is to contribute positively to clients' journeys in a meaningful and authentic way.”
