At Therapy Haven Support, I offer concierge-level, trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating intense emotional and psychological symptoms. Whether rooted in complex family systems, burn-out/professional demands, unresolved trauma, or the nuanced challenges of mental health. This includes support for anxiety, depression, guilt, feeling “empty”, burnout, emotional isolation, and more. My private pay model ensures the highest level of personalized care—where value is measured by impact, not insurance restrictions.
Why Concierge Therapy?

While the traditional 50 - 60 minute therapy session is widely used, it’s not always the most efficient or supportive format for every client or every situation. For those sticking deeper, more meaningful progress in fewer visits, longer sessions of 120 minutes can offer a powerful alternative.
Countless times during traditional model length, clients were just getting “warmed up” when it’s time for the session to end. Longer sessions provide breathing room instead of the pressure to “wrap things up” just as things are getting deep. Longer sessions provide the time to fully explore thoughts/ emotions and experiences; allowing for richer insight, emotional processing and clinical intervention.

With longer sessions, substantial clinical work can be achieved in a shorter duration. Less “starting and stopping”, and more focused and richer content is attained during longer session structures.

Flexible scheduling: No pressure to follow consecutive weeks; clients choose pacing.
Optional tools: Somatic support and education introduced only if welcomed.
Reflective prompts & creative metaphors used in place of worksheets or structured goals.
